I have Windows Vista Ultimate, and I know the problem. If I remove this, I have Windows DVD Maker.

Vista can not have the drivers do not
Ps Vista sucks!
Because Vista has no drivers for the drive is automatically recognized. Is the Samsung comes with a driver CD? Do you have to install?
Try going to the Samsung support site and download the latest drivers for Vista
