The best thing to do is call 1-800-227-8437 and Cartier to find the nearest POS (point of sale) for it to be repaired on site. If you do not drive when it sent for repair.
ugh! that sucks. and although it is a luxury watch, you should offer some protection in that. You can also go back to any jeweler and have it repaired. Test of the Cartier website and see what we can do about it or just go to your local jeweler and see what we can do for you
