"Serenity" is the LFE channel most impressive I've heard. The 5.1-channel surround sound, only the sound but the low frequency is amazing.

It is an old movie, but Top Gun with Tom Cruise is one of the best.
I do not have a home theater system, but I think Jurassic Park and JP back .. the scene where the dinosaur attacks in the jeep and before that, when that can feel and hear the sound of his feet in the distance, I think it 'd be a good way to show at least !!!!! !

The attempt to "Saving Private Ryan", the sound is incredible.
Platoon is impressive. I do not even know how the movie, but surround sound is the killer. There is a scene where a helicopter behind launch of a missile and wants the duck when you hear how it goes before you and you breathe in front of you.
