The man above me is right. If you need an operation, is very common, and have had many baseball pitchers. It takes 6-12 months to return to full, but even so, it will be completely restored when you are finished. I just hope it's a sprain, for now.

Having checked with ultrasound, which is when showing your rotator cuff, the backbone or not. If it's just inflammation, physical therapy is better. If the spine, then you have to have the operation on them.
